Goonswarm isn't claiming to be the good guys of Eve, nor do they claim to be doing anything out of a sense of altruism or charity. They're fighting the same enemy almost everyone else is fighting, and that enemy happens to have grown to be the most influential alliance in Eve. There's no denying that. However, I would much rather see Goonswarm triumph than BoB, because at least Goons have a sense of humor I can get behind. Screw eve politics, I have laughter.
I admit I'm biased though, since a Goon was the one who got me to play this game in the first place <--- proof that Goons are helping CCP.

Mongols were awesome. They kicked ass wherever they went, expect in Southeast Asia (jungles hurt my horses!) and Egypt (aww, I got sand in my eye!).
